About Access IV

Access I.V. opened in September 2003 with three of us in the office (Gwen, Veronica and Gary) competing to see who could answer the phone first. We persevered through some tough days early on, but never wavered in our commitment to provide the best quality of service to our community. It seems that this focus has been successful as seen by the growth of our modest company. We have many people to be thankful for and we hope you know who you are. We are thankful to God for providing us everything we have in order to serve the community. We are also grateful to our families, staff, physicians, friends, patients, colleagues, mentors, and business partners spread across the country. As our business grew, our staff grew. We now are privileged to have more than 15 highly skilled, amazing and dedicated people working with us.
We believe that by providing this level of service will have become a valued partner in the healthcare community.

Clinical
Our staff has over 50 years experience in the home care setting with a staff of pharmacists, dietitian, nurse, and IV pharmacy technicians. Our clinical leader is Jonathan, who at 6’ 5” can oversee all the clinical functions. Besides being an avid baseball player, and a Napolean Dynamite look alike, he keeps us grounded with his wisdom, kindness and dry as toast sense of humor. This is why we put up with his obsession with organizing our operations with his color schemes.
Reimbursement
Veronica says all they do is billing, billing, billing. But really, they boss us around, keeping us in line so that we get paid. Ironically, no one gets to boss them around. But they are great at verifying benefits, billing, collecting and helping patients maneuver through the perplexing maze called insurance. So call Veronica or Eloisa if you have any questions or want them to light a fire under us!!
Delivery & Warehouse Staff
Our delivery staff is coordinated by the Materials Manager, Scott, who, unless we let him play around on Photoshop, won’t order our supplies for us. (If you want your face on the cover of People Magazine, call Scott). But, seriously, Scott assures us that our expert delivery technicians make sure that every patient's order is prepared, double checked, and delivered with the utmost professionalism. He considers every patient to be an extended part of his family. Dinner is at 5pm at Scott’s house, don’t be late.
