Clinical Pharmacy Services

All intravenous therapies are managed by a team of clinicians who ensure that the therapies are provided safely and tailored to the patient’s needs.  All physician orders are reviewed and care plans developed for each individual patient.   We have specially trained clinical pharmacists and licensed pharmacy technicians who work in a state-of-the-art compounding clean room mixing drugs and solutions tailored specifically for each patient.

Nutrition Services

Nutrition therapies are available to feed patients through a feeding tube (enteral nutrition) or an IV (total parenteral nutrition - TPN) .   The enteral program is monitored and clinically managed by our registered dietitian  who is certified in nutrition support.  The patients receiving TPN are monitored by our interdisciplinary care team: pharmacists, dietitian, and nurse.

We verify benefits, obtain authorization and bill the patient's insurance company directly.

We monitor home therapies and keep the physicians informed on their patient's progress.

We deliver the medication, formula, supplies and equipment to the patient's home.

We have pharmacists on call 24 hours a day for emergent needs.

We coordinate care with local nursing agencies whose nurses teach and administer the therapies in the patient's home.
