What We Do
Access IV is a locally owned home infusion pharmacy providing IV medication and nutrition therapies to patients in their homes. Access IV provides services to Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Benito, and South Santa Clara Counties.
Access IV provides a safe, effective alternative to hospitalization for many people requiring intravenous, subcutaneous, intramuscular or epidural therapies. The most common therapies provided in the home are antibiotics, pain management, total parenteral nutrition (TPN) and chemotherapy.
Access IV also provides nutrition services to patients who have some disorder to their gastrointestinal (GI ) tract. These include difficulty swallowing or difficulty absorbing and are commonly associated with genetic disorders, neurological disorders (ALS, CP, MS), head and neck or other GI cancers. Nutrition therapies are provided via tube feedings or intravenously (TPN).
